Attention:
Student Film Producers Wanted
Interested in developing your film design skills?
What do all YouTube videos have in common?
Each video was created using digital cameras, equipment, and studio space.
Na Leo TV provides state-of-the-art digital equipment, studio space, and counseling to self-learn how to create epic digital film content.
You can become a "Student Producer" if you are willing to volunteer to develop productions and to be aired on Na Leo TV.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy in order to use the tech equipment and space without much-needed guidance or intervention. Certification will be required to access the tech equipment as well. Applicants are limited to those residing (and relatives of) in Piihonua Hawaiian Homestead Community Association.
If selected to be a spokesperson for PHHCA, you will represent our community. We ask that you submit content related to our community's interests such as meetings, conferences, and issues that impact our community. Your main focus should be on promoting education and sharing of knowledge primarily to the Hawaiian Community. In doing so, you will qualify for a fee waiver that Na Leo TV normally charges to access their digital equipment and studio space.
Be aware that this is public access TV.
The content aired cannot be used to promote political messages or to launch or advertise a business or commercial venture. It is strictly geared to community informational content. Na Leo TV reserves the right to have a final say on all content that is aired on their station. Please reach out to them at www.naleo.tv should you have any comments, questions, or concerns regarding their policies and public television guidelines.
If you are interested, please reach out to Ron Kodani at (808) 938 - 0072 or email us at phhcahilo@gmail.com with the subject: Student Film Producer.
